What to pack for a desert glamping stay

Our domes have A/C, heat and a private bath, so you do not need to bring a camp kitchen. A few small things still make a stay better.

The short list

1. Layers. Big temperature swings between afternoon and midnight.
2. Refillable water bottles. The desert is dry and you will drink more than usual.
3. Sun protection. Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses.
4. Groceries for breakfast. Terlingua restaurants are close, but morning options are limited.
5. A red flashlight. It keeps your night vision for stargazing.

Please leave behind

Open flames outside the fire pit, loud music after 10 PM, and anything you are not willing to pack out. The desert is delicate and our neighbors like the quiet.
